The second floor of the Ashford Club holds a fully equipped kickboxing gym -TKO Kickboxing Academy A full range of training programmes are available from age 6 upwards and for whatever your reason for training. Everything needed for successful training is provided. All instructors are CRB registered. Introductionary classes are free, so why not try it out.
